Well if HP don't supply new drivers your obviously stuck. When you say did not work Did they install or did the install not work. Because 5187-7538 are two different operating systems. It says that the drivers for your keyboard is not installed I had intended to revert it back to XP media center but i can no longer find the OEM disk that came with the unit from the factory.
